He presented this report at the annual conference of the American Psychosomatic Society in 2007. Also in 1979, two researchers, MJ Cooper and MM Eisen, conducted meditation on 12 of 23 high cholesterol patients. After the 11 months, when check-in the meditation group member’s cholesterol mostly dropped from 255 to 225. It’s really a great news.

Studies have shown that this method reduces stress and improves healing. Meditation also regulates blood pressure and increases the effectiveness of insulin in the body.’
